As CEO of Synergy Technology Services, Pramod is responsible for the overall functioning of the organization. An engineering and management graduate with 21 years of experience in Sales and Marketing for Information Technology industry. He started his career in IT education space gradually moving to services sales and subsequently to IT development and solution sales.
His passion and drive for redefining IT services delivery made him start Synergy Technology Services, just before global economic meltdown of 2007. During this tough time his perseverance and dedication saw us through, enabling us to become a respected and profitable mid-size company.
Being a firm believer in lean management, he has been instrumental in defining the DNA of the organization vis-à-vis employee enablement, client centric approach and timely delivery.
