With 31 years in the information technology industry, Pramod leads Synergy Technology Services and is responsible for the overall direction of the organisation. An engineering and management graduate, he built his career on the commercial side of IT — starting in technology education, moving into services and then into development and solution sales — before co-founding STS.

With 29 years in the information technology industry, Ajay sets the technical direction at Synergy Technology Services and has shaped the engineering culture that has carried the company through two decades of delivery.
