With 31 years in the information technology industry, Pramod leads Synergy Technology Services and is responsible for the overall direction of the organisation. An engineering and management graduate, he built his career on the commercial side of IT — starting in technology education, moving into services and then into development and solution sales — before co-founding STS.

- The company was still in its early years when the global financial crisis hit. Steering a young services business through that period shaped how he has run it since: lean, deliberate about growth, and unwilling to trade long-term client relationships for short-term revenue. Two decades on, that approach has produced a profitable, independent company with clients who have stayed for most of its history.
- Pramod has defined much of the organisation’s character — employee enablement, a client-first instinct, and delivery that arrives when it was promised. He takes the view that in a services business, the technology is only ever half the offering; the other half is whether people can rely on you.
