Proficient with tools like Jira, Trello, Wiki, Ms-Word, Excel, Whimsical, and Visio, etc.
Have a good experience of the Agile Process (Scrum and Kanban).
Comprehends end to end business life cycle and stated/unstated needs of the customer in order to provide value.
Shows a good understanding of the music distribution (digital and physical) domain and visualizes new features and requirements from the industry best practice and documents them for technical implementation.
